It’s fall, which means cooler temperatures, shorter days and widespread cases of football fever. Fans unite, office competitions break out and weekend tailgates and parties pop up on your schedule.
It’s fairly well known that traditional tailgating isn’t the healthiest thing a person can do. However, it doesn’t have to be all beer, chips, burgers and brats. As you get ready for the games and plan your party recipes, here are a few ideas to help you stay healthy as you cheer your favorite team on.
